Barbara Jean Wideman

WIDEMAN, Barbara J. Richland Passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011. Barbara was born Aug. 27, 1924 in Battle Creek the daughter of Henry and Zelma (Sanders) Kruse. She married Jim Wideman July 1, 1951 and he preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 1999. Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading and scrabble. Surviving are 2 daughters; Lee Ann (Don Saari) Hook of Battle Creek and Renee (Dave) Beeke of Dowling, 4 grandchildren; Aaron (Jennifer) Hook, Trevor (Amanda) Hook, Sean (Tina) Beeke and Elizabeth (C.J.) Ross, 4 great grandchildren; Ashton Hook, Elaine, Sarabeth and Erica Beeke. She was preceded in death by a grandson; Eric Hook. At her request cremation has taken place.
