Bernice Opal Myers

MYERS, Bernice O. Vicksburg Passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Bronson Hospital. Bernice was born March 1, 1933 in Wakeshma Township the daughter of Russel and Mildred (Louden) Vance. She married James Myers July 28, 1951 who survives. She had many talents such as sewing, quilting and wedding cake decorating. Also surviving are 2 daughters; Lori Myers (Rob Meyer)of Fulton and Kathi (Carl) Rowland of Vicksburg, son; Tim Myers (Teri Parsons) of Vicksburg, grandchildren; Shannon and Jordan Gerould, Jill Myers, Jereme (Holly) Rowland, Kyle (Elyse) Rowland, Chelsey Rowland and great grandchild Emmalyn Gerould, sisters Culia(Walter) Ackerman, Joyce(Art) Ehlers and several nieces. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Amanda Myers. Bernice was a devoted Jehovah's Witness. At her request cremation has taken place.
