Bradley Jacob Dow, 22, of Kalamazoo, passed away on December 10, 2019. He was born January 31, 1997 in Norwich, CT the son of Bruce and Rachel (Smith) Dow. He attended Vicksburg Community Schools and graduated from Vicksburg High School in 2015, where he was an avid member of The Big Red Machine marching band.
Bradley spent his childhood playing outside with his friends and attending youth group at County Christian Evangelical Free Church where he got involved with the worship team. He was an avid musician playing the trombone and drums. He loved to play airsoft and video games with his friends. He especially loved playing rock band with his family. He was very intelligent and could solve a rubik’s cube in mere seconds. His smile was contagious and his warmth filled every room he entered. He gave the best hugs and always knew how to make you laugh with his goofy antics.
Bradley is survived by his parents Bruce and Rachel of Scotts; his brother Bruce (Donielle) Dow and their children Jessica and Isaac of Comstock, and sister Meagan (Joseph) Stiver and their daughter Addison of Vicksburg. He also leaves his paternal grandparents Ronald and Bette Dow of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his girlfriend Taylor Freemire and dog Remington Prince.
A memorial service is being held at the County Christian Evangelical Free Church located at 9286 36th St S in Scotts on Tuesday, December 17th beginning at 6pm. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. There is also a GoFundMe page set up to help offset expenses.
