In Loving Memory of Carl Beebe

February 7, 1940 - January 19, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carl Beebe, who left this world just 11 days after his beloved wife of 60 years, Irene. While our hearts ache, we find comfort in knowing Carl is now reunited with Irene, free from the struggles he faced in his later years.

Carl proudly served his country in the United States Army, a chapter of his life he held with great pride. After his service, he dedicated over 30 years as the Postmaster of Fulton, where he became a trusted and familiar face in the community. Known for his exceptional storytelling and sharp sense of humor, Carl brought laughter and warmth to everyone he met.

Family was at the heart of everything Carl did. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, finding immense joy in spending time with his children and grandchildren. Whether coaching little league, sharing his latest tale, or offering words of encouragement, Carl’s love and presence were constant and unwavering.

In his later years, Carl bravely faced the challenges of dementia, supported by the love and care of his family. As heartbreaking as his passing is, we are deeply thankful he is at peace and reunited with the love of his life, Irene, continuing their story together.

Carl leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication. He is survived by his sons, Carl (Lisa) and Steve (Carrie), and his grandchildren, Rob, Amber, Jonah, and Elle.

A private memorial service will be held to honor Carl’s remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you honor Carl’s memory by sharing a story, a laugh, or a moment of kindness with those you cherish.

Rest easy, Dad. Your stories will live on, and your love will forever be in our hearts.
