Catherine Joyce Bolen

Catherine Bolen, of Portage, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the age of 89. Catherine was born on June 21, 1931 in Comstock, Michigan. She was the daughter of Vernon and Grace (Stanley) Smead. Catherine is survived by her son, Kevin (Nancy) Bolen; step daughter, Millie Pankow; grandchildren, William, Kevin Jr., Timothy, Jacob, and Rachael; several great grandchildren; and siblings, Laverna and Joan. She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Amos; her parents; siblings, Nelson, Leonard, Lloyd, Lyle, Orvil, and Vivian.
