Cathy Sue Farrel

Cathy Sue Farrel, age 66, of Schoolcraft, passed away on March 22, 2019. Cathy was born on January 26, 1953 to Carrol & Jacqueline (Simpson) Syers. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service is being planned. Cathy’s family includes her husband of 26 years, Bill; four children: Melissa Morgan, Nichole Bruner, Derek (Jessica) Farrel, William Farrel III; her sister Lorie (Bernie) Smith; ten grandchildren: Katlynn, Bradley, Beth, Bryon, Lila, Jamie, Monica, DJ, Adi and Harper; two great grandchildren: Makayla and Emma as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Ron Syers. Cathy will be remembered as a great mother who loved her family dearly. She was their rock.
