Chester Leo Oisten, peacefully went to join our savior in heaven on June 1st, 2023. Chester was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Minnie Pearl (Jenkins) and Charles Oisten. After he proudly served his country in the Army, He enjoyed tinkering with lawn mowers and many other projects. Chester attended The Church of God in Otsego with his family. He spent his working years as welder for Holland Hitch.
He is Survived by his loving son Chester L. Oisten Jr. of South Haven; 4 Grandchildren, Tabatha and (Wallie) Peyre of Hillsdale, Holly Oisten of Kalamazoo, Kenneth and Liz (Essig) Oisten of Bloomingdale and Dale Loucks of Allegan; 4 Great-Grandchildren Randall, Kaleya, Pataince, and Evelyn.
Chester was Proceeded in death by the love of his life Marilyn (Coulvt), and his two daughters Kim and Cheryl.
Visitation and sending off service will take place on Saturday June 24th at the Otsego Church of God.
