Daniel Staley

Daniel James Staley passed away on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, at the age of 45. Daniel was born on January 25th,1979 in Kalamazoo, MI.  Daniel was ambitious in his younger age and prided himself on being a third-generation painter. He established himself as a business owner and carried out a successful career in painting. 

In 2009 he met Shauna Gray from Vicksburg, MI. They were married on March 3rd, 2011. The couple later settled in Three Rivers, MI where they owned and operated Village Painting and Restoration. Daniel took great pride in his home and found joy in spending his time at home with his wife and many animals they had loved so much. 

Daniel was preceded in death by his Grandmother Mary Frazier. He was very close to his grandma and loved her very much. He also lost his dog Monte and his goat baby boy.

Daniel is survived by his wife Shauna Staley; his parents: Deborah and Robert Kershaw and Jerry Staley; grandparents: Harlie Frazier, Delores Staley and Joyce Kershaw; his siblings: Brenna Topp (Nick Topp) , Candice Kershaw, and Gretchen Kershaw; his nephews: Aden and Noah Smith as well as many other Uncles, Aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

A private celebration of Daniel's life will be held on May 18th at 2:00 p.m., invitations to follow.
