Diana Covault

Diana Covault, of Otsego, MI went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at the age of 76. She was born on May 28, 1945 in Plainwell, MI. The daughter of Lucille (Miller) and Lavern Oisten. Diana retired from Parker Hannifin, where she worked in the brass division for over 40 years. She loved to bake and was famous for her peanut butter fudge. She also enjoyed bowling where she was on a league for several years. Diana was full of life and loved to play jokes and pulling pranks on people. There was never a dull moment when you were around her. She attended the First Church of God in Allegan where she also volunteered at their personal need’s pantry. Diana is survived by her sisters, Joan Rininger and her late husband (Vaughn), Marilyn (Chester) Oisten; nieces and nephews, Bruce (Donna) Rininger, Kelly Rininger, Denise Wolfe, Tracy Bolenbaugh, and Chester Oisten Jr.; and 13 great nieces and nephews and 9 great great nieces and nephews. Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Lavern and Lucille Oisten and the late Lewis Covault; two nieces Kim and Cheryl Oisten. Visitation will be Monday, August 30, 2021 from 11 am to 12 pm at First Church of God - Allegan, 1313 Marshall St., Allegan, MI with services following at 12 pm at the same location. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of God – Allegan, building fund or West Michigan Cancer Center.
