Dolores Jean (Wine) Ahrndt, beloved Wife of Jack Ahrndt, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of Love and warmth that will be treasured by generations to come. Known for her nurturing spirit and unwavering support, Dolores touched the lives of everyone she met.
Born with a heart full of compassion, Dolores dedicated her life to her family. She is survived by her three devoted children, Jack Wine Jr., Michelle Ellen Wine, and Crystal Wine, who carry forward her incredible spirit and values. Dolores was also the proud grandmother of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her love knew no bounds, extending to her beloved puppy, Sugar bear, who was her faithful companion.
Dolores was not just a mother and grandmother; she was a beacon of light in her family’s lives, always ready with a kind word, a warm hug, or a piece of sage advice. Her laughter was infectious, and her love was unconditional. She had an incredible gift for making everyone feel special and valued, and her presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As we celebrate the life of Dolores Jean (Wine) Ahrndt, let us remember her legacy of love, kindness, and resilience. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Rest in peace, dear Dolores. You will be missed more than words can express, but your love will continue to shine brightly in our lives.
In accordance with the family’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of Dolores’ life will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the Lamplighter Inn Taproom, 5301 Comstock Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048, beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
