Doris Cutler-Hyder April 14, 1925 - March 4, 2025

Doris Cutler-Hyder, age 99, passed away on March 4, 2025. Doris was born on April 14, 1933, to Bert and Rose (Case) Slack. She was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Doris is survived by her 5 children: Ron of Indiana, Marshall (Carol), Esther, Jim (Julie) and Janet all of Plainwell. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Doris was preceded in death by her first husband John Cutler and her second husband Lawrence Hyder as well as her parents, two sisters and a brother.

Following her wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be announced at a later date.

She loved to watch the birds in the yard and she enjoyed gardening all her life. Irises were her favorite. She was a great helpmate to her husband John on the Farm for many years. She loved farm life and the outdoors.
