Dorothy Ellen Earle

EARLE, Dorothy Ellen Age 82 Of Vicksburg Passed away peacefully in her home Tuesday morning April 20, 2010. Dorothy was born February 15, 1928 in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of Joseph and Jessie (Schramowski) Harker. She worked as a bookkeeper for Western Union until she met her (late) husband. On September 9, 1950, she married Raymond Dean Earle, who preceded her in death on November 1, 1991. She worked at Stewart Sutherland in the 1970's, then finally retired from The Colorado Bell Casino, in Nevada as a cashier. Dorothy took pride in loving her entire family and friends throughout her whole life. She was a devout member of St. Martin's Catholic Church, Vicksburg. Survivors include her six children, Joseph of Gobles, Fred (Mary Ann) of Three Rivers, Thomas of Vicksburg, William of Augusta, Teresa of Vicksburg, and Gloria (Dennis) of Flatrock; seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death also by three sisters, her father and mother. There will be a memorial mass service at St. Martin's Church, 9am on Friday, April 23rd. Her ashes will be interned with her late husband at Vicksburg Cemetery following the service at 11am.
