Dorothy Warner, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2019. Dorothy was born on November 15, 1920 to Dorris and Mildred Hayes. Dorothy is survived by her daughters: Virginia (Bailey) Darnell and Ruth (Paul) Hazen; nephew: Russ (Mary) Warner; grandchildren: Robert Darnell, Gary (Allison) Darnell, Michael (Elsie) Darnell, Michele (David) Schippers, Karen Maturen, Teresa (Eric) Hazen; great grandchildren: Chad Darnell, Samantha Darnell, Jacob Darnell, Alysha Darnell, Megan Darnell, Nicole (Ian) Bowyer, Wesley (Abbi) Clark, Ryan Maturen, Derik Maturen, Thelma Hazen: great great grand daughter: Lily Clark. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband Glenn Warner: her parents; Dorris and Mildred Hayes: brother; Walter Hayes: and grandson; Greg Riedel. She will always be remembered for her love of her family. Visitation will be Monday, November 4, 2019 from 10 – 11am at McCowen & Secord Family Funeral Homes, Marshall – Gren Chapel, 120 S. Woodhams, Plainwell, MI 49080 with celebration of life service following at 11am at the same location. Memorial contributions may be made to Shelbyville Methodist Church.
