Elaine Shepard

Elaine (Bourdo) Shepard went to be with her Heavenly Father on December 24th, 2020. She was born the daughter of Charles and Marie (Newman) Bourdo in the town of Orangeville,MI. Throughout her life, Elaine loved to travel, read, play cards, and spend time with her family and friends. She never knew a stranger, and she always kept the faith. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents and her three siblings; Dolores, Todd, and Lawrence. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years; H. Allen Shepard: her son; Charles (Linda) Shepard: her daughter; Sue (Jack) Hulbert: her three grandchildren; Evan Shepard, Sarah (Jarren) George and Shawna (Andrew) Patten: and her three great-grandchildren. Elaine brought love, gentleness, and kindness everywhere she went. She will be greatly missed. A memorial service for her will be held at Emmanuel Episcopal church in Hastings, MI at a later date.
