Eleanor Frances Buelke

Eleanor Buelke, born July 29, 1916, passed away July 24, 2012, a few days short of her 96th birthday. She died peacefully following a short illness. Her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family and friends held her in their hearts and prayers during the days, hours and weeks preceding her death. She was beloved mother, sister, mentor, friend, life-long teacher, and inspiration to so many! Her special smile, love of beauty and extensive knowledge of flowers, birds, and music through years of playing piano, baseball (Go Cubs!) basketball (Go Bulls!) --- and oh, so many additional interests and passions will live on in all our hearts. Our memories pay her tribute and are the gift she gave to everyone whose life she touched. We love you Mom! (Barbara Dircks, John Buelke, Karen Parrish) Her celebration of life ceremony will take place August 12, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00p.m. in Parkview Hills (Clubhouse) where she lived for the last 33 years. A tree and garden area will be planted in her honor on the grounds. Donations may be made to Parkview Hills Environmental Development, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or a charity of your choice.
