Eli Pryor Duncan

Eli Duncan of Kalamazoo, MI passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Bronson Commons in Mattawan, Mi. Eli was born June 22,1933 in Chicago, IL. He was the son of Alfred and Bertha Duncan. He graduated from Allegan High School in 1953 and served his country in the US Navy following his graduation. He was united in marriage to Sarah Terry on January 11, 1958. He was employed at Rockwell International in Allegan for 25 years. He was a life member of the Eagles, Allegan Masonic Lodge No. 111 and Past Master, the Grand Rapids Scottish Rite, Order of The Eastern Star, and Shrine. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed attending K-Wings hockey games and watching the former local baseball team, the Kalamazoo Kings. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Duncan of Kalamazoo; two children and spouses Harry and Robin Duncan of Decatur, Konrad and Terry Krause of Mattawan; grandchildren Scott Duncan (Megan), Jennifer Grote (Matthew), Andrea Duncan of Decatur, Eric Krause (Sarah); and great grandchildren Ryelyn Duncan and Luke Grote.
