Ernest M. Garmire

Ernest Marshall Garmire crossed over at the age of 89, on April 21, 2020 to join his beloved wife. Ernest also known Ernie, was born on December 9, 1930 in Wayland Michigan. Ernie was proceded in death by the love of his life, Rosalie Moreen Garmire,Grand Children: Nichole Lee Andrews, Luke Chad Andrews, Austin Robert Andrews and Todd Marshall Garmire. Ernie and Rosie met at the age of 16, they were inseparable. Married for 68 years they have four children: Sherry Lee Andrews (Robert), Steven Marshall Garmire (Renee), Kim Marie Taylor (Earnest), Karen Lynn Garmire: 9 Grandchildren: 13 Great Grandchildren: 2 Great Great Grandchildren and sisters Patricia Houston, Pamela Garmire, Donna Todd and Mary Jo Edelman. Ernie worked at Cozy Coach, Checker Motors and self employed until retirement at the young age of 76. Ernie loved to take Rosie to trips to Florida and never missed a color tour to upper Michigan. Their favorite place was Ludington. They cherished their time with family having campfires on their land. Ernie will be dearly missed by all.
