Frances "Frankie" SMITH Photo SMITH, Frances "Frankie" Age 62 Of Portage Frankie passed away peacefully Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Bronson Hospital. She is survived by her sons, William Cook, James Cook, Douglas Cook; grandchildren, Skyler Cook, Alaina Cook; mother, Marillyn Grant; sisters, Diane Ocker, Jackie Worden, Cara Price; brother, Ken Price; step-children, Lauri Wilfong, April Smith, Doug Smith; special friends, Darlene Cole and Janie Boyd; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Smith; father, Jack Price; step-father, Robert Grant; brother-in-law, David Ocker; step-daughter, Lisa Taylor. A Memorial Service will be held at Ft.
