Fred Lee Bissell

Fred Lee Bissell, of Battle Creek passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at the age of 62. Fred was born on November 16, 1957 in Vassar, MI. He was the son of Wilfred and Hazel Bissell Fred served our country proudly in The Marine Corps directly after High School. He then re located to Fontana California where he made a family and many friends. Fred was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. Fred was very funny, kind, and a joy to be around. He was loved by all who had the pleasure to know him. Fred is survived by his three children John, Heather, and Jason. Also six grandchildren Richard, Tesla, Felicia, Joshua, Jillian, and Jennifer.
