Garry Lynn Lehr

Garry Lynn Lehr 69, 

Kalamazoo MI

The sun rose for Garry on February 21^st, 1954, His final sunset was seen on April 08^th 2023. Beloved Son, Brother and Uncle, Garry was born in Kalamazoo Michigan to Parents Claude and Elise (Richardson) Lehr.

He was a man of simple words.  As he grew older, he found a love for deer hunting and was always out at the crack of dawn on opening day. In his adult life, he worked at Graphic Packaging until his retirement in 2019. With his free time, he could be found at a local garage sale searching for hidden treasure or at home building numerous model sets.  He also had a knack for many DIY projects throughout his home. His favorite thing was going to Michigan’s up north with his brothers where they spent nights talking around the fire and days searching for big foot. His true love in life was chocolate milk, as it was rare to ever see him without a half gallon of chocolatey goodness in hand.  He always drank from the container because there was no need to waste a glass.

Garry is preceded in death by his brother Larry Lehr. Surviving are his two sisters, Janet (Rick) Bowers, Diane (Steve) Hewitt and one brother, Lyle (Janice) Lehr.
