Henrymae Nash

Nash, Mrs., Henrymae 4/19/25 - 11/12/10 Henrymae was born and raised in Leesville La.where she met and married Robert Megahy, and later married JC Nash. She leaves behind three daughters; Merry Courtney, Patti (David) Megahy-Young, Sara (Steve) Scott. She had eight grand children, fifteen great grand children, and one great-great grand daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, and her companion Ed Weiss. Hank moved to Kalamazoo in 1965 and worked for Gibson Guitar and Durmatalic. Her varied interests included gardening, the casino, traveling, bowling,the rodeo,music,spending time with her family and friends, and her cat Elvis. The family would like to thank the Borgess Hospice nurses and staff, the Kairos Dwelling staff and volunteers who not only cared for her so lovingly, but who also supported our entire family during this difficult time. The love and support of her dear friends Marilyn, Marylou, Miss Dolly, Gladys, Helen, and Norma is appreciated. A special thanks to her doctor, Dr. Stephan Dallas, for all the time and care he gave to her during her last years. Our Mother is now at peace, rejoined with her family and waits patiently for the rest of us to join her someday. We give thanks to our Lord for knowing this, it will help mend our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Sat Nov 27, at 11:00 am, at Hearthside Clubhouse on Currier Dr., Portage.
