James Harold Ferguson

FERGUSON, James H. Kalamazoo Passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2011. James was born Jan. 2, 1949 in Coldwater the son of Harold and Dorothy (Meyer) Ferguson. He worked in construction since high school. He last worked for Lakewood Construction of Holland. James enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. Surviving is a son; Kim (Heather) Ferguson of Aurora, IL 2 grandchildren; Trevor and Michael, his mother Dorothy Ferguson, 1 brother; Robert (Drusilla) Ferguson of Coldwater, a sister; Rhonda (Rick) Garthe of Kalamazoo, 1st wife ; Gloria Abnet of Comstock and 2nd wife; Shirleen Kidd of Galesburg many nieces and nephews and dog Patty. At his request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 10am Tuesday March 15, 2011 at St. Michael Lutheran Church 7211 Oakland Dr. Portage with visitation from 9 to 10am. Interment at Mt. Ever Rest Cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Lutheran Church or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
