Janet Miller

Janet Miller passed away peacefully in her home on March 12, 2021. She had battled metastatic breast cancer and emphysema for more than 7 years. She was born on November 19th 1952. She served in the Air National Guard for 18 years, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelors in Leadership Development and explored many different careers over the years. She studied various religions and personal development systems and had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world throughout her lifetime. She is survived by her mother Fronda Miller, sisters Carol Tupper & Judy Armstrong, brothers Thomas Miller & Richard Miller, daughters Kelly Ketzenberger & Kerry Sandsmark, 8 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her partner and best friend Colene Smith. Her family would like to thank Nurse Karen and Aide Kim from Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, and Anna from St. Joseph County Commission on Aging for their care, help, and assistance over the last 14 months. No services are planned but you are invited do random acts of kindness in her memory and to leave fond memories and photos on the memory page that would bring comfort to her family.
