Jeffrey R. Ford

Jeff passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. He was born May 17, 1961 in Parchment, the son of Douglas and Sharon (Nogle) Ford. Jeff was a 1979 graduate of Parchment High School and completed both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from Western Michigan University. He was employed by Azon USA, Inc. as a plant engineering manager for over 30 years. Jeff was a member of United States Faceters Club, was an avid traveler and an active member of Full Circle Community. He is survived by a son, Tom Ford of Portage and a daughter JesseGrace of Mattawan, significant other Melissa Kelley of Portage, the mother of his children, Laura Ford of Mattawan, and his beloved dog Wally. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at Portage United Church of Christ.
