Joyce A. Fink, of Vicksburg passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the age of 92. Joyce was born on July 30, 1929 in Ottawa Lake, MI. She was the daughter of Albert and Florence (Dunbar) Jacobs. She was married to the love of her life, Wilbert Fink and together they raised five children. She was a faithful member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church. She enjoyed her 70 years of friendship with the ladies of the Mother’s Club in Vicksburg. While her children were growing, she was a den mother for the cub scouts, and a Kalamazoo County 4H leader. She enjoyed working on puzzles and sudoku. Joyce loved her family and grandchildren very much. She will be remembered by them as being strong, independent, kind, loving, faith based, and selfless.
Joyce is survived by her five children: Jolaine (David) Snyder, of Three Rivers; William (Candice) Fink, of OH; Dale (Debra) Fink, of Scotts; Robert (Renee) Fink, of Scotts; and Elaine (Brad) Burdge, of FL; 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert.
A funeral service will be held for Joyce on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 1pm at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 9420 Portage Road, Portage. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12noon. Joyce will be interred at the Vicksburg Cemetery following the service.
