Karen DeHaan

Karen R. DeHaan, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021, at the age of 84. She was born on October 11, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. The daughter of Marvin and Mary (Pence) Putnam. Karen was known to be a voracious reader and also loved to garden. She loved to spend time outside in the sun and enjoyed cooking. Karen is survived by her children, Judy (Tom) Morin; grandson, Chad (Jessica) Morin; great grandchildren, Jay Thomas and Mya Jean; sister, Lynn. Karen is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James DeHaan; and her parents Marvin and Mary (Pence) Putnam.
