Kermit "Frog" A. Lawrence

Kermit “Frog” A. Lawrence, of Vicksburg passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the age of 88. Kermit was born on May 31, 1935, in Decatur, MI. He was the son of Herschel and Hazel Lawrence. He attended schools in Decatur. On June 13, 1980, he married the love of his life, Lynda. Together they celebrated over 43 years of marriage. Kermit worked for General Motors for over 27 years. At home he was known as a good cook and made some delicious apple pies. He also built many homes and had a love for fishing. His family will remember him as being handy, hardworking but most importantly a loving man that did whatever was needed for his family. The family would like to thank the caring staff of Kairos Dwelling for the care he received.

Kermit is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lynda; two children: Ginger Link, of GA; and Richard (Dorothy) Nash, of Manchester; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren with one more on the way; and several siblings. He was preceded in death by some siblings.

Kermit has been cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
