Larry Parker

PARKER, Larry L. Galesburg Passed away January 12, 2013. Larry was born Aug.12, 1947. He was an Army Vietnam Vet. and worked for Roelof Dairy and Prab. Larry was a long time racer at Galesburg Speedway and enjoyed car shows and Casino's. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. Surviving is his wife of 38 years, Dorothy. Also surviving, 2 daughters; Dawn Parker (Jim Givens) and Julie (Robert) McCrea, 3 grandchildren; Brandyn, Logan and Alicia, a brother; Ernie Parker, a sister; Janet Scrackangast. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Rugg Parker, a sister; Nettie and a brother; Charles. At his request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11am Saturday Jan. 19, 2013 at the Kalamazoo Missionary Church 5045 East Michigan Ave. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for an Education Trust Fund.
