Larry Duane Sherman

Larry Duane Sherman was reunited with his wife, Thursday October 22nd, 2020. Larry was born July 24th, 1941 in Portage, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne, of 52 years, his parents Lawrence and Sarah Sherman, two sisters, Shirley Seames and Nancy Emmons, three brothers, Danny, Tommy, and Randy Sherman. Surviving, Dorothy (Bragg) Sherman and Ken Bragg. Larry has four surviving children; Lawrence Sherman (Plainwell), Kevin Sherman (Jennifer Simmons)(Mississippi), Kristine (Sherman) (Dave) Naegele (Florida), and Shirley(Sherman)(Mike) Garcia (Plainwell). Also surviving are his grandchildren; Kayla Kling (Grand Rapids), Devin (Maxine) Garcia (Plainwell) and April Sherman (Plainwell). As well as many nieces and nephews. Larry was a papermill worker for over 40 years with Georgia Pacific, later retiring from Menasha Corporation in Otsego, Michigan. Larry was a fun, loving, caring and outgoing man that would do anything for his family. He enjoyed watching Nascar races and old westerns, reading Thriller novels, camping and talking politics, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Larry will be dearly missed by many. His wishes were cremation and a small celebration of life.
