Lary Alan Skalski

Lary Alan Skalski, 66, of Three Rivers, Michigan, passed away on November 12, 2023, in Kalamazoo, MI. Born on October 31, 1957, in Kalamazoo to Peter and Beverly Skalski. He grew up on Long Lake in Vicksburg, MI where he had many happy memories with his family.

Lary attended Vicksburg High School. Following his education, he worked at International Paper Company in Kalamazoo. He was mechanically inclined which helped him in repairing cars and trucks. He did construction and factory work.

He was an avid dog lover and cherished the companionship they provided throughout his life. Fishing was another pastime that brought him joy and allowed him to connect with nature.

Lary will be missed by his girlfriend Gloria Weber, surviving sibling, Lynn Skalski, as well as his nieces, Tristan Ricardo (Skalski) and Jaimie Skalski. He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Skalski, and his father, Peter Skalski.

As we bid farewell to Lary Alan Skalski, we remember him for his sense of humor and joy of the simple things in life like growing vegetable and berries to share with family. May his soul find eternal peace.
