Leo Lynn Dean

DEAN, Leo L. Portage Passed away Oct. 22, 2011. Leo was born Aug. 18, 1928 in Kalamazoo the son of Lee and Ireta (Shaw) Dean. Leo retired from Eaton Corporation 1981. He married Delores Delobel Sept. 8, 1950 who survives. Also surviving 3 children; Karen (Jeff) Carlsen of Kalamazoo, Craig Dean of Mattawan and Scott Dean and significant other Lou Harpe of Portage, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a brother; Garold Dean of Gobles. He was preceded in death by daughter, Terri Craft, a brother, Gordon Dean and a sister, Jean Wilkinson. At his request cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or services. The family suggests memorial contributions Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or charity of choice. The family would like to thank Tendercare of Portage and Hospice Care of SW Michigan and Rachel of Park Place Assisted Linving Center for their wonderful care.
