Marian Lucille Gunter

Gunter, Marian Lucille (Mary Lou) October 16, 1946 - November 18, 2010 Marian Lucille Gunter (Darling), known as Mary Lou, passed away at home and joined her husband, parents and sister in heaven on Thursday, November 18th. She was born October 16, 1946 a daughter of George and Mary (Gardner) Darling and lived in southwest Michigan her whole life. She married the love of her life,Thomas Jerry Gunter, in South Haven on December 29, 1967. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was so proud of her granddaughters Madison and Britney. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her. Surviving are her son, Timothy Gunter; daughter Michelle (Ted) Hilliard; two granddaughters Britney and Madison; five brothers and sisters: George (Martha) Darling; Irene Tinkey; Paul (Nikki) Darling; Linda Darling; Karl Darling; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in southwest Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister Lorraine. The family will gather for remembrance and celebration of her life.
