Marilyn Ann Brown

Marilyn A. (Berry) Brown, previously from Portage, passed away at Rose Arbor, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan in Oshtemo, MI; on June 5th. Marilyn was born on February 17, 1932 in Kalamazoo, MI, graduated from Kalamazoo Central H.S. in January 1950. A loving housewife and mother of three surviving children and spouses; Randy (Sheila) of N.Carolina, Sally (Jon Hershey) of Portage and Julie (Bruce Stiemsma) of Battle Creek; 10 grandchildren; Shannon and Brandon Brown, Matt Bradley, Blake Hershey, Andy and Brian Seburg, Nick, Cole, Josh and Tegan Stiemsma; and 5 great grandchildren, Devin and Logan Bradley, Elijah, Bethany and Braxton Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Don and sister, Joyce Dombos and brother-in-law, Richard (Dick) Dombos and sister-in-law, Gloria Berry, . Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, at 11am at Valley Family Church Cathedral Campus, 2500 Vincent Avenue.
