Mary Anna Blanchette

BLANCHETTE, Mary Anna Portage Passed away Sept. 17, 2013 at Rose Arbor. Mary Anna was born in Canada March 22, 1916 the daughter of Albert and Exeline (Duhamel) Autotte. She married Gerard Blanchette July 3, 1937 and he preceded her in death Jan. 11, 2000. Surviving are 2 children; Jacques (Margot) Blanchette of Troy, MI and Nicole (Fred) Watkoske of Portage, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a sister; Elizabeth Autotte of Canada. She was preceded in death by 2 children; Normand and Gilles. At her request cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church in Portage on Oct. 5, 2013 at 11:00AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of SW Michigan.
