Mary Jane Makowski

MAKOWSKI, Mary Jane Passed away Sept. 28, 2014 at Tendercare of Portage. Mary was born April 24, 1912 in Vicksburg the daughter of Joseph and Julia (Filas) Grubka. She married Stanley S. Makowski and he preceded her in death in 2000 also 3 brothers and a sister. Surviving is a son Stanley (Patricia) of Vicksburg and a daughter, Julia Young of Coldwater, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren, several step grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren, 2 brothers, John of Kalamazoo and Howard of Mendon. Cremation has taken place. A memorial Mass will be held 11:00am Monday Oct. 6, 2014. Family will meet with friends at a luncheon following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martins Building Fund or charity of choice.
