Maxine Delight Brown

BROWN, Maxine D. Kalamazoo Went to join her husband Earnest on December 11, 2010. Maxine was born on December 9th, 1917 in Kalamazoo MI. Maxine and Earnie were best known for their owning of the Bandbox restaurant on Lake Street for many years, as well as avid horse lovers. She is survived by a one sister, Marilyn, and one brother, Stanley. One son, Gary Brown, and two daughters, Sue Westra and Marilyn Sanders. And three generations of grandchildren. Maxine was a hard worker and a wonderful mother. A celebration of Maxine's life is being planned for this spring. Friends may share a memory online at: www.avinkcremation.com.
