Otto Nap

Otto Nap, of Portage passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the age of 87. Otto was born April 18, 1933 to Otto & Margaret (Whiteman) Nap. Otto is survived by his daughter; Pamela and son in law Rickey: special niece; Linda: numerous other nieces and nephews, great and great great, and great great great nieces and nephews: his fur grandbaby “Baby Girl”: and neighbors for helping out: as well as many special friends. Otto is preceded in death by his wife Martha: his parents: and several siblings. Otto was known for his love to travel, a walking encyclopedia of Kalamazoo knowledge, he built his house from the ground up, he was an avid hunter and fisherman as well. Per Otto’s wishes cremation has taken place with private service to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Kidney Foundation, American Heart Association, or American Diabetic Association.
