Patrick Stephen Fisk, of Lawton passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the age of 29. Patrick was born on March 4, 1990 in Houston, TX. He was the son of Greg and Debbie (Fisk) Brown. Patrick graduated from Quest High School outside of Kingwood, TX and was a member of the Class of 2008. After high school he served his country in the United States Marine Corp for four years during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and served in Afghanistan. He married Samantha Duff on November 26, 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. He was a good cook, and his daughter would say her favorite was his Mac n’ Cheese. His hobbies include gaming, fishing and he loved toy helicopters. Patrick will be missed by his family for his clowning around, and his determined nature. Mostly he will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and son.
Patrick is survived by his wife of 9 years, Samantha; two children: Kameryn and Ullyam, of Lawton; parents: Greg and Debbie Brown, of TX; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Joan and Dan Carpenter, of Portage. He is also survived by his grandparents: Michael and Jenny Lee Whalen, of TX; and Stephen and Pauline Fisk, of FL; siblings: Gregory Brown, Jr., of TX; Michael (fiancée: Stacy) Brown, of TX; brother and sister-in-laws: Kasondra Duff, of CA; Kayla and Dylan Carpenter, of MI; and his service dog: Thorin.
A Celebration of Patrick’s Life will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2020 beginning at 2pm at the Kalamazoo County Masonic Center, 4371 West U Ave, Schoolcraft, MI.
