Peter John Klobucher Jr. went home to be with Jesus January 1, 2012 at 7:50PM. with his wife Barbara and daughters by his side. He was born on January 17, 1935 at home to Peter J. Klobucher Sr. and Helen Marie Milliek, the third of five children and only son. He graduated from Mattawan High School in 1953, then went on to attend Western Michigan University. Peter worked for Fabri-Kal Corporation until 1975 when he and his wife opened KaCee's Restaurant in Lawton. They ran it until their retirement in 2000. Peter is survived by his loving and caring wife, Barbara Jean of 38 years. Surviving also are five daughters, Vicki(Michael)Diebold, Elizabeth(Larry)Bidelman, Kimberly(Steven)Behrman, LoriJean(Douglas)Wood, and Maria(Craig)Baker. Grandchildren, Laura(Brook)Stensland, Douglas(Amanda)Hattan, Caren Baker(fiance' Jake Elmore), Brian Baker, Chad(Shelley)Baker, Ryan Behrman, Katie, Nathan, Matthew and Garrett Wood, Benjamin, Veronica, Catherine, John, and Matthew Diebold. Great-grandchildren, Carter and Emma Stensland, Zac, Drew, and Riley Hattan, Irene, Molly and Gwendolyn Baker. He is also survived by four sisters, Rose Derhammer, Phyllis(Richard)Derhammer, Carolyn(Bill)Revore and Madelyn(Ken)Kline, along with many nieces and nephews and friends. The Celebration of Life will be held on January 14th, 2012 at the Mattawan Community Church, 23680 Front Ave. Mattawan, MI with Visitation from 11AM to noon with Service following immediately. Memorial Contributions may be made to Cedar Creek Baptist Church(Missions).15455 N.E Hwy 314 Silver Springs, Florida, 34488.
