Randy W. Bright

Randy W. Bright, of Vicksburg, formerly of Mendon passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, after a brief illness at the age of 67. Randy was born in Anderson, IN and was the son of Joyce Bright. He attended Mendon High School where he enjoyed playing football. During Randy’s life he loved adventure and lived in many wonderful places. Some of his favorite places to live where Thailand, Myrtle Beach and Texas. He was a very social person and loved by all that knew him. When he had time, he enjoyed being outdoors near water and fishing.

He is survived by his sisters: Debra (Vern Overweg) Bright, of Vicksburg and Pam (Norm) Overweg, of Vicksburg. He is also survived by his four nieces and nephews: Ryan Bright, of Vicksburg; Kelly (Tyler) Overweg, of Augusta; Matt (Alex) Overweg, of Caledonia; and Suzanna (Alec) Iwasko, of Kalamazoo and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Joyce Bright Sinclair and grandparents: Willard and Helen Bright.

Randy has been cremated and there are no services planned at this time.
