Ricky Clinton Jameson was born February 15, 1966 in Alton, Illinois and passed on February 1, 2021 in Plainwell, Michigan at the age of 54. He was preceded in death by his mother Leona Eileen Bixler. Rick is survived by his parents Virgil & Shirley Jameson, his wife of 15 years, Jonna Lynn Jameson and his children, Matthew (Jacilynne) Witt, Kristin (Derrek) Harter, Thomas (Hannah) Wrench, and David Wrench. Survived by his siblings Kenneth (Tina) Gordon, Charles Bixler, Sherry (John) Jameson, Katrina (Darren) Adams, and the Lyle brothers; Ted, Todd, Tim. Ten Grandchildren and multitudes of in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and lifelong friends from Plainwell. Rick loved going to the Kalamazoo Speedway, he was a lifelong Nascar fan. He liked hunting and fishing. He would fish on small lakes and Lake Michigan; he held a couple state records back in the day. Rick had a reputation for being a local expert in finding morel mushrooms. Even though he was not a great golfer, he enjoyed being out golfing. Rick was active in coaching youth soccer in Plainwell. He would help anyone; friend or stranger that needed it. Rick loved working on his antique John Deere tractor passed on from his Grandpa Clinton Jameson. Most of all he enjoyed visiting with acquaintances and friends he would meet all over Plainwell. He loved family time, especially with his grandchildren.
