Sally Ann Jenney, age 77, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021. Sally was born on March 3, 1943 to Donald and Betty (Hassan) Meyers.
Visit with her family and friends on Tuesday, February 16 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the McCowen & Secord Funeral Home – Marshall Gren Chapel: 120 S. Woodhams St. in Plainwell. Due to covid restrictions a private service will follow at 2:00. at the same location. Sally’s family includes her children: Nancy Jenney (David Jager), Robin Matthews, Lincoln (Simone) Jenney and Kelley Pearson (Mike Hemlboldt); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her siblings: Nancy Loofboro, Dennis Beznoska, Peggy Corbin, Brian Kincade and Colleen Kincade as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her lifelong partner Cap Johnson, and her sister Kay Beznoska.
Sally was the first woman to work in the shop at the Manasha Paper Mill where she retired from. She raised four children by herself. She loved to camp and go on any adventure you could come up with. She was a member of the ladies Red Hat Club. She enjoyed garage sales with her girlfriends. She wintered in Florida and loved the beaches. She enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends and social gatherings.
