Schari Bartholomew

Schari Lynn (Evans) Bartholomew, age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at her home in Schoolcraft. She was born on July 1, 1947, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Richard and Irene (Knapp) Evans. Schari was a 1965 graduate of Comstock High School. She loved time with family and friends. She also enjoyed working with horses and trail rides with friends.

Surviving are her daughter: Toni Lentner (Paul Florshinger); son Kenny (Caroline) Hall; grandchildren: Amber (Matt) Cole, Roberta (Anthony Servello) Lentner, Corey Neudeck, Cameron Hall, and Arianna Hall.; three great grandchildren: Kaleb, Isabella and Alex. Niece: Janette (Tim) Hendrix; Nephews: Scott (Gayle) Evans; Paul (Sara) Evans; and close friend: Chuck Wilson.

Preceding in her death: Father Richard Evans Sr.; mother Irene Evans; brother Richard Evans Jr.; nephew Mark Evans.

In accordance with the family’s wishes no public services will be held.

Memorials made in Schari’s memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
