Steven L. Boven

Steven Laurence Boven passed away suddenly in his home on March 31, 2015. Steven was born July 22, 1968 in Kalamazoo, MI the son of Don and MaryKay (Moyle) Boven. He graduated from Mattawan High School in 1987 and was self-employed for many years. He loved his family and took great pride in his surviving son, Jesse Boven, and two stepchildren, Liz and Jake Randall. Steven was preceded in death by his mother, MaryKay and is survived by his father, Don Boven, Sr., siblings, Don (Tammi) Boven, Nicki (Scott) Schnurr and his five nephews and niece, and two great nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends will be received from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at Calvary Reformed Church, where a memorial service will be held Saturday (4/18) at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Greg VanHeukelom officiating.
