William Dale Dozeman

DOZEMAN, WILLIAM D. William D. Dozeman passed away suddenly on August 12, 2013. He was the oldest of nine children, predeceased in death by his Father and Mother, Herman and Virginia Dozeman; Sisters Barbara Guastella, and Mary Gray; also brother Randy Dozeman. He was muched loved and will be missed by his longtime companion Nedra Jean White; brothers Paul and Gary Dozeman; sisters Betty Williams, Sue Meyers, and Teresa Moore; brother-in-law Donald Guastella; sister-in-law Connie Dozeman; other relatives and numerous friends. Bill served in the US Air Force, and retired from over thirty years at Mead Paper Products. He enjoyed golf, bowling, woodworking, gardening, reading, and some traveling. He was also a former SPCA volunteer for Animal Rescue Services. He will be remembered as a friendly, kindhearted person, witty, smart, and with a great sense of humor. Cremation has already taken place through the Avink Funeral home Schoolcraft. Memorial service will take place at the Portage VFW Post 5855 at 8845 S. Sprinkle Rd. at 2:00 pm August 30th 2013.
